摘  要:目的:探讨斑秃患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中转录因子Foxp3 mRNA的表达水平。方法:采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法检测50例未治疗的斑秃患者PBMCs中转录因子Foxp3 mRNA的表达,进行相关性分析,以30例健康志愿者作为正常对照。结果:斑秃患者PBMCs中转录因子Foxp3 mRNA表达明显低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.14,P<0.01),且重型患者组与正常对照组、局限型患者组与正常对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.85/2.89,P<0.01),但重型患者组与局限型患者组,两组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.39,P>0.05)。斑秃患者PBMCs转录因子Foxp3mRNA与秃发严重评分工具(SALT)评分呈显著负相关(r=-0.426,P<0.01)。结论:斑秃患者PBMCs中转录因子Foxp3 mRNA表达水平降低可能与斑秃病情严重程度有关。Objective: To investigate the expression levels of transcription factor Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with alopecia areata(AA). Methods: The expression levels of single-nuclear transcription factors Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were determined by RT-PCR in 50 untreated AA patients and 30 normal controls. Results: The levels of single-nuclear transcription factors Foxp3 mRNA expression in patients with AA were lower than that in normal controls (t = 3.14, P〈 0.01); Patients with either severe or localized AA had significantly lower expression levels of Foxp3 mRNA as compared with normal controls (t=2.85 for severe AA vs. normal; t=2.89, for localized AA vs. normal; P 〈 0.01 for both). There were no differences in expression levels of Foxp3 mRNA between severe and localized AA. The expression levels of single-nuclear Foxp3 mRNA were negatively correlated with SALT score in AA patients (r=- 0.426, P〈 0.01). Conclusion: The lower expression levels of single-nuclear transcription factors Foxp3 mRNA might be asso- ciated with the severity of AA.
