Xanthoma disseminatum:a case report

摘　　要：报告1例播散性黄瘤。患儿男,6岁。面颈部、躯干、四肢近端、外生殖器泛发黄色或黄褐色丘疹1年余,无自觉症状,尿常规、血脂正常。组织病理检查示真皮浅层组织细胞、泡沫细胞及多核巨细胞浸润,其中可见较多Touton细胞和少量嗜酸性粒细胞。免疫组化检查:CD1a(-)、S-100蛋白(-)、CD68(+)。结合临床诊断:播散性黄瘤。A case of xanthoma disseminatum is reported. A 6-year-old boy presented with one-year history of numerous asymptomatic yellow to brown papules on the face, neck, chest, abdomen, back, the proximal parts of the limbs, penis and scrotum. The routine urine test and blood lipid levels were normal. The histopathologieal features included numerous foamy bistiocyte and muhinueleated giant cell infihration in the upper dermis, and many Touton-type giant cells with a few eosinophils. Immunohistochemical staining was negative for CDla and S-100 proteins, but positive for CD68. The diagnosis of xantboma disseminatum was made by a combination of histopathologic findings and clinical feature.
