大疱性类天疱疮后发生寻常性银屑病

摘　　要：报告1例大疱性类天疱疮继发银屑病。患者男,74岁。因全身水肿性红斑伴水疱、大疱2个月就诊,根据皮损组织病理和免疫荧光检查确诊为大疱性类天疱疮。经治疗后皮疹均消退。患者在2年半后出现双下肢红斑鳞屑伴瘙痒,皮损组织病理证实为寻常性银屑病。A 74-year-old male with generalized erythemas and blisters was admitted to our clinic. He was diagnosed as bullous pemphigoid according to typical histopathologic and immunofluorescence findings. Skin lesions were cured by steroids. Two and a half years later, pruritic erythematous papules and plaques with scales developed on both lower extremities. It was diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris.
