结节性类天疱疮

摘　　要：报告1例结节性类天疱疮。患者男,72岁。因全身结节、瘙痒10余年,水疱5个月就诊,曾误诊为结节性痒疹,按结节性痒疹治疗无效,后结合皮损组织病理、直接及间接免疫荧光检查,诊断为结节性类天疱疮。给予糖皮质激素、雷公藤多苷及外用糖皮质激素软膏治疗,原有皮损基本消退,无新发皮损。A case of pemphigoid nodularls is reported. A 72 -year-old male had suffered from generalized pruritic nodules for over 10 years and blisters for 5 months. He had been misdiagnosed as prurigo nodularis and showed no response to the prurigo nodularis treatment. According to histopathologie findings, direct and indirect immunostaining, a diagnosis of pemphigoid nodularis was made. The skin lesions disappeared without recurrence following treatments with systemic glucocortieoid and tripterygium glycosides, and topical glucocortieoid ointment.
