摘　　要：翻译控制肿瘤蛋白（TCTP）在动植物中广泛表达并且具有多种生物学功能。它可调节细胞骨架：可被Plk1激酶特异性的磷酸化，并且p-TCTP-S46是反应Plk1激酶体内活性的标志物；TCTP可抗细胞凋亡等等。文章就TCTP的上述生物学功能进行简要综述。TCTP is widely expressed in plants and animals and has a variety of biological func- tions. It can regulate cytoskeleton, and it is specifically phosphorylated by Plkl kinase. Moreover, p-TCTP-S46 serves as a marker that can reflect the activity of the Plkl kinase in vivo ; TCTP has an anti-apoptosis effect and so on. In this article, we review the biological function of TCTP mentioned above.
