摘 要:胶质瘤是中枢神经系统常见的原发性肿瘤,其患者生存期短、预后差。由于不同的胶质瘤患者之间预后差别很大,因此,需要根据患者的个体化信息制定相应的治疗方案。当前,临床上主要通过术后组织分析来获取胶质瘤的病理组织类型和生物标记物信息。然而,术后组织分析需要大块的组织样本,其结果容易受到人为操作的影响,并且无法指导早期治疗方案的制定,所以,运用无创磁共振成像技术获取胶质瘤的个体化信息成为临床研究的热点。本文对基于磁共振成像的胶质瘤分级和生物标记检测研究进行了综述,并对未来研究工作进行了展望。Glioma is a primary tumor in the central nervous system, which appears to have a poor prognosis and short subject survival period. Because different patients suffering from gliomas usually differ in prognosis, it is necessary to make different treatment strategies according to the individual information of the patients. At present, histopathological type and biomarker information of gliomas are mainly obtained through postoperative histology analysis in clinic. However, postoperative histology analysis requires large tissue sample and the re sults are prone to be affected byindividual operations. In addition, the analysis can not be used to guide the development of early therapy. So, using MRI to obtain personal information of gliomas non-invasively becomes a focus of clinical research. In this paper, the recent research progress on MRI based gliomas grading and bio marker detection was reviewed, and the research prospect was also ~iven.
