摘　　要：党的代表会议与党的代表大会有显著区别。党的代表会议是党在特定的历史条件下的产物,已明显不适应新的时代要求。理应按照发展党内民主、"尊重和保障党员主体地位"的要求,对党的代表会议的相关规定进行与时俱进的调整。A Party conference of delegates has significant distinctions from a Party congress.Party conferences of delegates are products of the Party under specific historical conditions and are explicitly unsuitable for the call of the new times.The relevant regulations on Party conference of delegates should be adjusted to keep up with the times in accordance with the demands for the development of intra-Party democracy and for ＂respecting and upholding the principal position of Party members＂.
