摘　　要：目的:观察穴位强化埋线疗法结合肛门微创手术治疗混合型便秘的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用队列研究方法将136例混合型便秘患者分为两组,即治疗组(70例)采用穴位强化埋线疗法结合肛门微创手术,对照组(66例)采用普通穴位埋线结合肛门手术疗法,观察两组临床疗效和相关指标症状积分、标志物残留情况,随访时间12个月。结果:在治疗后1、3、12个月临床治愈率治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的近期疗效及远期疗效均优于对照组;治疗组在症状积分改善方面(1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月)均较对照组明显(P<0.01);治疗组在治疗后72小时标志物残留情况(1个月、6个月、12个月)均较对照组变化明显(P<0.01)。结论:穴位强化埋线法结合肛门微创手术依据相关中医理论,结合现代操作手段,能明显改善便秘的临床症状,促进肠蠕动,是一种融多种疗法、多种效应于一体的复合性中医外治方法,具有重要的现实及社会意义。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of intensive catgut embedding therapy combined with minimally invasive surgery in patients with mixed constipation.Methods： Cohort study was used and 70 cases with mixed constipation who received intensive catgut embedding therapy combined with minimally invasive surgery,and 66 cases who received ordinary catgut embedding therapy combined with minimally invasive surgery.Observe the clinical efficacy,related symptom score,marker residue,and following up for 12 months.Results： After treatment for 1,3,and 12 months,clinical cure rate in the treatment group were superior to that of the control group（P 0.05）;it is better than the control group in short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy.The treatment group showed more obvious results than those in the control group（P 0.01） in terms of improved in symptom score.In terms of marker residue,treatment group improved significantly（P 0.01）.Conclusion： With TCM theory basis,catgut embedding therapy combined with modern means of operation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of constipation and promote bowel movements.As a combination of various methods,it has a variety of effects in patients.It is easy to operate,being less painful to patients,thus is worthy of spreading.
