口服枸杞子对人DNA修复能力的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究中药枸杞子的抗衰延寿功效及增强 DNA修复能力的作用。方法 :利用传统的非程序 DNA合成法检测受紫外线损伤后外周血淋巴细胞诱导 3 H- Td R掺入细胞的量 ,测定 2 1名健康人、2 9名肿瘤病人、2 6名口服中药枸杞子前后老年人的 DNAR,以反映 DNA修复能力 (DNAR)的大小。结果 :老年人和肿瘤病人的 DNAR明显下降 ,口服枸杞子能明显增强人体 DNAR(P<0 .0 1和 0 .0 5 )。结论 :由于增龄和环境因素的影响 ,人的 DNAR逐渐减弱 ,口服枸杞子能明显增强人体DNAR。Objective:To study the effect of wolfberry fruit on antisenium and the DNA repair of wolfberry fruit.Method:The quantity of 3 H TdR mixed into the cells after ultraviolet damage was determined by the non program DNA synthetic method it reflected the DNA repairs (DNAR).The DNAR of 21 healthy people,29 cancer patients and 26 senile were determined.Result:The DNAR of cancer and senile went down remarkably,DNAR was increased by peroral wolfberry fruit (P<0.01 and P<0.05).Conclusion:Senile DNAR could be improved by peroral wolfberry fruit.
