摘  要:目的 :研究高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)与动脉粥样硬化发生的关系。方法 :用 10 %胆固醇脂肪乳剂复制大鼠和家兔的高脂血症模型 ,用HE染色、组织化学、免疫组织化学和ELISA等技术 ,检测比较两种动物动脉粥样硬化形成的情况和血清中的脂蛋白及总胆固醇水平 ,和TGF - β1、 2、 3及其受体的表达状态。结果 :实验组家兔 10 0 %形成动脉粥样斑 ,血清高密度脂蛋白在正常范围 ;实验组大鼠未见动脉粥样斑形成 ,但其血中HDL随实验时间 (鼠龄 )的延长而升高 ;TGF - β及其受体在两种动物间无明显差异。结论 :HDL有保护血管壁内皮细胞不被高脂血症损伤的作用 ;而TGF - β仅在动脉内膜损失后的炎症性增生反应过程中起作用。Purpose:To study the relation of HDL to artherosclerosis (AS). Methods:The models of hyperlipoidemia in SD-rats and rabbits were made with 10% cholesterol-containing lipid emulsion. The AS and the level of lipoproteins and total cholesterol in serum were comparatively observated between the rats and the rabbits.The expression of TGF-β and its receptor in arteries and serum of these animals were detected by HE staining, immunohistochemistry and ELISA techniques. Results:100% of the experimental rabbits resulted in AS with normal level of HDL in the serum, And the HDL in the serum of the rats were lifted with prolonging of the experimental time but without developing of the AS. The levels of TGF-β and its receptor were not significant difference between the two animals. Conclusion:HDL had the role of protection from the injury of hyperlipoidemia to the intima of arteries. TGF-β may be only effective in the inflammatory reaction proliferation after injury of intima of arteries by the hyperlipoidemia.
