关节镜微创术在髌骨骨折手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜微创术在髌骨骨折手术中的应用研究效果。方法将2009年1月到2012年12月本院骨科收治的90例髌骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。观察组运用关节镜微创术内固定的方法治疗,对照组运用传统开放手术治疗。术后比较两组患者手术切口大小、骨折愈合时间、总体疗效和术后2年膝关节恢复情况。结果术后观察组手术切口大小、骨折愈合时间和对照组比较差异有统计学意义,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率为95.56%(43/45例),对照组治愈率为80.00%(36/45例),观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组关节屈伸活动度恢复优于对照组;观察组膝关节功能恢复优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜微创术运用到髌骨骨折手术治疗中,创伤小、患者恢复快、骨折愈合率高、总体疗效好,可作为治疗髌骨骨折的首选方法。Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery in the operation of patella fracture.Methods 90 cases of patients with patella bone from January 2009 to December 2012 in our hospital admitted to Department of orthopedics, were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group. The observation group used the method of fixed minimally invasive surgery arthroscopic treatment, the control group used the traditional open operation treatment. After operation, compared the two groups of patients with operation incision, postoperative fracture healing time index. The overall effects after operation in the two groups was observed. Two groups were compared after 2 years of knee joint recovery.Results The operation incision size, fracture healing time and the difference between the control group of the observation group were better than the control group, the results had statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In observation group, the cure rate was 95.56%（43/45 cases）, the cure rate of the control group was 80%（36/45 cases）, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. The joint flexion and extension recovery of the observation group were better than that of the control group; The observation group of knee joint function recovery was better than that of the control group, there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The arthroscopic surgery treatment of patellar fracture has small wound, fast recovery, high rate of fracture healing,the overall effect is good, which can serve as the first choice in the treatment of patellar fracture.
