摘 要:目的探讨冠心病患者与心率变异性分析的关系变化,了解心率变异性在评价冠心病病情方面的作用及临床意义。方法对96例冠心病患者及40例正常对照组进行24 h动态心电图分析,观察心率变异性时域、频域10项指标及24 h动态心电图的改变。结果两组之间HR、RR间期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),冠心病组中时域指标SDNN、SDANN、SDNNI、rMSSD、PNN50均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),频域指标ULF、VLF、LF、HF、LF/HF也低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者心率变异性明显下降,提示心率变异性分析对冠心病的早期诊断及预防有一定的临床价值。Objective To investigate the relation between heart rate variability and patients with coronary heart disease, to understand the role of heart rate variability in the evaluation of coronary disease and its clinical significance.Methods To analyse the 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram in 96 patients with coronary heart disease and 40 normal control group, observed the changes of heart rate variability in time domain,frequency domain and 24 hour dynamic ECG.Results There was no significant differences between the two groups in the HR,R-R interval(P〈0.05). In the CHD group,the time domain indexes(SDNN, SDANN, SDNNI,rMSSD, PNN50) were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05), the frequency domain indexes(ULF、VLF、LF、HF、LF/HF) were also lower than the normal control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease is significantly decreased, suggesting the heart rate variability analysis has certain clinical value in early diagnosis and prevention of coronary heart disease.
