普外科患者术后静脉置管的并发症与护理对策研究

摘　　要：目的探讨普外科患者术后静脉置管发生并发症的原因及其护理对策。方法针对100例普外科手术术后行中心静脉穿刺并发症的原因采取对应的护理措施,并与100例进行常规护理患者进行对比。结果观察组置管并发症发生率为10%,显著低于对照组患者45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意率97%,显著高于对照组59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组置管后患者SAS、SDS得分显著低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);生活质量评分对照组显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认真分析静脉置管术后并发症的原因并采取相应的护理措施,可以减轻患者的痛苦。Objective To explore the reason of complications of venous catheter for general surgery patients.Methods Take the corresponding measures about postoperative complications of central venous reason to 100 cases of general surgery, and compared with 100 cases with routine care of patients.Results The catheter complication rate was 10% in the observed group, which was significantly lower than 45% of the patients of the control group, there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The patients satisfaction rate of the observed group was 97%, which was significantly higher than 59% of the control group, there was a statistically significant difference（P 0.05）. SAS, SDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）; Quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Carefully analysis of the reasons of the venous catheter postoperative complications, to take measures to care the patients can alleviate patient＇s suffering.
