自血穴注阳陵泉对偏头痛模型大鼠血浆5-羟色胺、β-内啡肽和P物质的影响

摘　　要：目的观察自血穴位注射对偏头痛模型大鼠血浆5-羟色胺(5-肿)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)和P物质(SP)的影响,进一步揭示自血穴注治疗偏头痛的作用机制。方法将30只雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和自血穴注3组。按照经典硝酸甘油造模方法,观察自血穴注对偏头痛模型大鼠血浆中5-HT、β-EP和SP的含量变化。结果与正常组比较,模型组和自血穴注组5-HT、β-EP含量显著降低,SP有所增高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,自血穴注组的5-HT、β-EP有明显提高,SP有所降低(P<0.01);结论自血穴注可明显提高5-HT、β-EP含量,降低SP含量,对偏头痛发挥明显的止痛作用。Objective Observe the effect of Autohemo-injection on the migraine model rats plasma 5-hydroxytryptamine（5HT）,β-endorphin（β-EP） and substance p（SP）,and further reveal the mechanisms of acupoint injection in the treatment of migraine.Method 30 male Wistar rats were randomly assigned to normal groups,model groups,and Autohemo-injection groups with classical nitroglycerin modeling methods,observe the changes of plasma 5-HT,β-EP SP of Autohemo-injection on the migraine model rats.Results Compare with normal group,model group and blood acupoint-injection groups 5-HT,and β-EP significantly reduced,SP has increased（P〈0.01）;and compare with model group,self-blood points injection group of 5-HT,and β-EP has obvious increased,SP has reduced（P〈0.01）.Conclusions Autohemo-injection may increase 5-HT, and β-EP,reduce SP,and has obvious effect on migraine rat models.
