穴位擦法治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察以马应龙麝香痔疮膏为介质行穴位擦法治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效。方法将59例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为试验组31例(采用穴位擦法:取穴面部迎香穴(双侧)、印堂穴、神庭穴、上星穴及手掌部的鱼际穴(双侧)。操作方法:在穴位上涂少许马应龙麝香痔疮膏)和对照组28例(药物组口服氯雷他定片),观察2组的病愈率、显效率以及复发率。结果试验组总有效率为83.90%,对照组为75.00%,2组比较(P>0.05),无统计学意义,试验组显效率51.61%,复发率46.15%均明显优于对照组的28.57%和90.48%(P<0.05)。结论穴位擦法治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效肯定。Objective To observe the clinical effect of point massage using Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment as medium on treating allergic rhinitis.Methods 59 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into test group（31 cases of point massage） and control group（28 cases of taking medicine）,to observe the difference on cure rate,obvious effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference on cure rate between the two groups, but the test group had higher obvious effective rate and lower recurrence rate than the control group.Conchusion Point massage has clinical value of application in treating allergic rhinitis.
