中药保留灌肠合灌洗疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效及护理

摘　　要：目的观察中药保留灌肠联合灌洗疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效和护理方法。方法将56例慢性肾衰竭的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各28例。对照组采用中药煎剂100mL,2次/d保留灌肠,中药保留30~40 min,连续治疗30 d;治疗组在中药保留灌肠基础上,配合每周1次灌洗疗法,每次治疗90~120 min,每周1次,共治疗4次,连续观察30 d。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率100%优于对照组98.6%。结论中药保留灌肠联合灌洗疗法较单纯中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效明显。Objective To explore the clinical effect and the nursing care of Joint lavage therapy with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods 56 cases of chronic renal failure patients are equally divided into 2 groups of control group and treatment group.Every patient in control group is treated through retention enema with Chinese native medicine apozem 100 mL twice every day and it would retain 30 ~ 40 minutes.In addition to Chinese medicine retention enema,every patient in treatment group is also treated by lavage therapy one time in a week.The therapy would retain 90 ~ 120 minutes every time and is treated on patients in treatment group four times.The treatment retains 30 days.Results The effects of treatment group are significantly better than control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Compared with simple retention enema with Chinese medicine,the joint lavage therapy with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema has better effect in treatment of chronic renal failure.
