三仁汤在复发性阿弗他溃疡初期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨三仁汤在复发性阿弗他溃疡初期的疗效。方法选择在临床上符合中医辨证为湿热蕴脾、寒湿蕴脾、脾肾不足夹湿、肝肾不足夹湿型的复发性阿弗他溃疡初期78例,给予中药三仁汤(药用:杏仁、白豆蔻、厚朴、通草等)加减治疗。结果 78例中显效率为28.2%,有效率为69.2%,无效率为2.6%,总有效率为97.4%。结论三仁汤治疗以上4型复发性阿弗他溃疡初期具有良好疗效。Objective To investigate the Sanren decoction efficacy of early recurrent aphthous ulcers（RAU）.Methods first we choose the（RAU）patient at clinical who belongs to the TCM syndromes of spleen deficiency with dampness,the spleen with dampness and heat,the cold dampness of spleen,spleen and kidney deficiency with dampness,liver and kidney deficiency with dampness.Give the TCM of Sanren decoction treatment to them.Results Among 78 patients obvious effective rate 28.2%,effective rate69.2%,ineffective rate2.6,total effective rate 97.4%.Conclusion Sanren decoction have the good effect of early recurrent aphthous ulcers good,worthy of promotion.
