摘　　要：新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征是早产儿常见病 ,病死率占早产儿之首 ,严重威胁着新生儿的健康。病因主要是肺泡表面缺乏表面活性物质。L iggins首先发现糖皮质激素有促进了肺泡表面活性物质形成的作用。到目前为止 ,糖皮质激素类药物已被各国广泛应用于促胎肺成熟领域 ,成功的降低了新生儿发病率、死亡比。Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) is the most common underlying cause of neonatal death for the preterm infants and high risk infants who need to be deliveried before full term.The pathogenesis is immaturity of fetal lung.There is deficiency of surfactant on the surface of the alveoli.To prevent NRDS,Liggins observed that glucocorticoids could enhance animal lung matuation in 1969.Since then,investigations have made ascertain that antenatal glucocorticoid administration can reduce NRDS.
