摘　　要：目的 :了解产褥期末放置两种宫内节育器的可接受性和有效性。方法 :采用随机编码分为 ML cμ375 SL 和Tcu380 A两组 ,计算各种累积停用率和续用率。结论 :两组宫内节育器的妊娠率均在一个低水平。产褥期末放置宫内节育器是可行的 ,尤其是 ML cu375 SL更适合于农村地区妇女使用。Object:To investigate the acceptability and the effectiveness of two IUDs inserted at the end of puerperal period.Method:Using a randomized method to divide the cases into two groups:MLcu375SL and Tcu380A,and continuation rates and cumulative discontinuation rates were calculated for different reasons.Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]The cumulative pregnant rates of the two groups are at a lower level.Two IUDs inserted during the end of puerperal are acceptable and effectve and MLcu375SL is better for the women in the rural areas.
