阿根廷布宜诺斯艾利斯的创意城市发展路径及其实践研究

摘　　要：布宜诺斯艾利斯是首个通过联合国教科文组织认定的"设计之都"。其在充分挖掘多元文化的内在优势条件下,颁布一系列发展创意设计的政策,培育本土创意设计人才和创意企业,以最新技术和专业知识驱动设计产业发展,使设计产业成为推动城市经济发展的新动力。本文通过分析布宜诺斯艾利斯设计之都的发展路径和成果,探讨其推进设计之都的实践与经验,以期为我国创意城市发展提供借鉴。Buenos Aires is the first design city recognized by UNESCO. Buenos Aires promulgated a series of policies in building creative city, nurturing local creative design talent and creative enterprises by fully exploiting its inherent advantages of multiculturalism conditions. The city takes advantages of the latest technology and expertise in driving development of the industrial design and one step further promoting the city＇s economic development. This paper analyzes the development paths and practice of Buenos Aires in order to promote practice and experience of the creative city construction.
