摘　　要：本文论述了静态医学图像的采集压缩的原理，并在具体实践的基础上提出了较有新意的处理方法局部有损压缩法以获得较高的压缩比。In this paper the principle of acquirement and data compression of the medical image is introduced． And the innovative compression method with the distortion of partial data through which high compression ratio can be acquired is also be presented．
