福建闽南地区汉族女生月经初潮状况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解福建闽南地区汉族女生月经初潮状况,探讨其影响因素。方法:采用回顾性调查法及身高、体重测量方法,调查1000名女生,内容包括出生地、出生年月、初潮年龄、月经异常状况。结果:闽南地区汉族女生平均初潮年龄为(13.69±1.24)岁,城镇与农村女生月经初潮年龄差异无统计学意义。各初潮年龄段的女生身高、体重差异均无统计学意义。月经周期异常率15.90%,月经经期异常率13.30%。结论:闽南地区汉族女生月经初潮年龄无城乡差异,月经周期异常率和月经经期异常率较高,应加强青春期卫生知识教育。Objective：to understand the status of the Han girls menarche in Fujian Minnan region and explore its influencing fac- tors. Methods： With a retrospective survey method and measuring height, weight, 1000 girls ere questiormaired. The questionnaire mainly included place of birth, date of birth, age at menarche, month in menarche, menstrual abnormalities. Results ：The average age at menarche was 13.69±1.24 years. There was no significant difference between age at menarche of urban and rural girls. The girlg height and weight had no significant difference among every age at menarche, rate of abnormal menstrual cycle was 15.90%, and the rate of abnormal menstrual period was 13.30%. Conclusion：The Han girls , age at menarche in Minnan region has no differences between urban and rural areas. High rates of abnormal menstrual cycle and abnormal menstrual period taken place, and the health knowledge education of adolescence should be strengthen.
