摘 要:目的:探讨看图对话互动式健康教育模式对机械通气患者家属的管理研究效果。方法:将2011-07~2012-09在福建省立医院重症外科住院的行机械通气患者100名随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规健康教育模式,干预组在常规护理基础上采用自制的电子图片5幅由健康教育护士对患者家属实施互动式健康教育模式。结果:干预组患者家属的恐惧、紧张、焦虑情绪明显缓解,干预组患者家属的遵医行为、维护和配合能力高于对照组,干预组患者家属的相关知识掌握和满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:看图对话式健康教育工具应用于行机械通气患者家属的管理中,有利于患者家属行为的改变,是一种适用于机械通气患者家属管理的教育工具。Objective: to investigate the effect of conversation interaction health education model for family members of patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods :100 of severe surgical patients with mechanical ventilation from 2011July -2012 in September in Fujian Provincial Hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 50 cases in each group, the control group with routine health education, intervention group on the basis of conventional care using 5 electronic images taken by the health education of nurses for the .family of patients with the implementation of interactive: health education mode. Results: In the control group, patients'families fear, tension, anxiety significantly ease, control compliance behavior, group of family members of patients with maintenance and coordination ability are higher than the intervention group, patients in the intervention group families related knowl- edge mastery and satisfaction is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Dialogue type health education tool used in mechanical ventilation patients" family management, is conducive to the behavior of family members of patients with changes and a suitable mechanical ventilation in patients with family management education tools.
