自拟中药面膜治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟中药面膜治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、自身左右同期对照方法,将40例受试者随机分为A、B 2组,每组20例。设定A组受试者左侧面部为治疗侧,右侧为对照侧,B组相反。治疗侧使用自拟中药面膜,对照侧使用安慰剂面膜,疗程28 d,第14天及第28天复诊,临床评价红斑及色素程度分值,并采用皮肤黑色素和血红素测试仪MX18,测试皮损黑色素和血红素数值。结果试验组红斑程度积分(P=0.000)、血红素数值(P=0.000)以及安慰剂组血红素数值(P=0.048)与疗前比较差异有统计学意义;2组间红斑程度积分(P=0.000)、血红素数值(P=0.005)比较差异有统计学意义;自拟中药面膜组与安慰剂组总有效率分别为77.1%和5.7%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。试验组色素程度积分(P=0.000)、黑色素数值(P=0.001)以及安慰剂组色素程度积分(P=0.048)与疗前比较,差异有统计学意义;2组间色素程度积分(P=0.000)、黑色素数值(P=0.001)比较差异有统计学意义;自拟中药面膜组与安慰剂组总有效率分别为82.9%和11.4%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论自拟中药面膜治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着有效且安全性较高。Objective To observe clinical efficacy and security of self-made herbal mask treating erythema and hyperpigmentation after acne. Methods With randomized double-blind concurrent-self-control method, 40 patients were divided into two groups --group A, group B, and each group had 20 cases. Random formulate the therapy position of group A -- left cheek used self-made herbal mask and right cheek used placebo mask. The therapy position of group B was opposite. The course of treatment was 28 days, and the patients must come back on the 14th and 18th day to finish clinical evaluation of erythema and hyperpigmentation degree, as well as testing erythema and melanin index by Mexameter （MX18）. Results In the aspect of erythema degree, before and after treatment, comparing points of erythema degree （P=0.000） and numerical value of erythema （P=0.000） of test group, as well as numerical value of erythema （P=0.048） of placebo group, the statistical test result showed significant difference respectively, Comparing points of erythema degree （P=0.000） and numerical value of erythema （P=- 0.005） between two groups, the statistical test showed significant difference. The total effective rate of test group and placebo group were respectively 77.1% and 5.7%, showing significant difference （P=-0.000）. In the aspect of melanin degree, before and after treatment, comparing points of melanin degree （P=0.000） and numerical value of melanin （P=-0.001） of test group, as well as points of melanin degree （P=0.048） of placebo group, the statistical test result showed significant difference respectively. Comparing points of melanin degree （P=0.000） and numerical value of melanin （P=O.001） between two groups, the statistical test showed significant difference. The total effective rate of test group and placebo group was respectively 82.9% and 11.4%, showing significant difference （P=0.000）.
