自拟中药熏蒸方治疗血虚风燥型湿疹的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察自拟中药熏蒸方治疗血虚风燥型湿疹的临床疗效。方法将70例血虚风燥型湿疹患者随机分为中药熏蒸组、联合用药组(咪唑斯汀片+糠酸莫米松组),疗程4周。观察2组患者临床症状、体征积分的变化。结果中药熏蒸组愈显率94.29%,联合用药组愈显率77.14%,中药熏蒸组愈显率优于联合用药组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸治疗血虚风燥型湿疹疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment on blood deficiency and wind-dryness eczema by the self-designed traditional Chinese medicine prescription. Methods 70 cases of blood deficiency and wind-dryness eczema were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine fumigation group and the associated treatment group （mizolastine tablets ＋ mometasone furoate） with the course of treatment 4 weeks. The changes of the symptoms and signs＇ integrations were observed. Results The markedly effective rate of the Chinese medicine fumigation group was 94.29% and the associated treatment group was 77.14%, so that the markedly effective rate of the chinese medicine fumigation group is superior to the associated treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation therapy has a certain curative effect on blood deficiency and wind-dryness eczema efficacy.
