摘 要:目的了解患者在输液过程中的舒适需求层次,为提高输液质量提供依据。方法采用立意取样法,有目的地选取16例在不同科室输液的患者进行深度访谈。结果输液患者的舒适需求包括安全需求、环境需求、便利需求、互动需求和美感需求。结论患者在输液中的舒适需求呈现分层状态,要为患者提供优质输液护理服务,必须构建基于舒适需求层次的患者输液模式。Objective To understand the comfort needs of patients in the infusion process systematicly, thus to provide a reliable basis for improving the quality of infusion quality. Method Purposive sampling method was used, 16 cases in the different sections of the infusion were received depth interviews. Result The comfort needs of infusion patients were five aspects, including safety needs, environmental needs, convenient needs, interactive needs and aesthetic needs. Conclusion The comfort needs of infusion patients represent hierarchical state. To provide high - quality care to patients during infusion,we must con- struct infusion mode based on hierarchical comfort needs of patients.
