西安市静脉输液护理专业化现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查西安市静脉输液专业化现状。方法对西安市45所医院的静脉药物配制情况、静脉输液治疗情况及静脉输液治疗安全管理情况进行问卷调查。结果①静脉药物配制:6所(13.33%)医院成立了静脉药物配置中心,仅2所医院肠外营养液由配液中心配制;31所(68.89%)医院对护士进行包括化疗药物配制及防护等内容的液体配制专题培训。②静脉输液治疗情况:10所(22.22%)医院建立了静脉治疗小组,静脉输液方式以静脉输液泵(88.89%)和静脉留置针(86.67%)多见;45所医院均开展了静脉输液相关培训。③静脉输液治疗安全管理情况:5所(11.11%)医院实行化疗药物的集中配制,2所(4.44%)医院为配制化疗药物的护士进行健康检查;45所医院全部建立了针刺伤事件上报制度,并进行了针刺伤事件处理培训。结论西安市静脉输液专业化发展现状不容乐观,静脉输液护理专业化水平亟待提高,提示卫生管理部门应积极采取相应措施推动本地区静脉输液专业化发展的进程。Objective To investigate the professional status of intravenous infusion therapy in Xi＇an. Methods Totally,45 hospitals in Xi＇an were recruited and investigated about the status of intravenous drug preparation and intravenous infusion therapy, and the safety management. Results Six hospitals （ 13.33% ） had established pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS） ,and only 2 hospitals completed the preparation of total parenteral nutrition （TPN） solution by PIVAS. Thirty - one of the hospitals （68.89%） provided special training of chemotherapy drug preparation and protective liquid preparation for nurses. Ten hospi- tals （22.22%） established intravenous therapy professional team. The mainly ways of intravenous infusion intravenous infusion pump （88.89%） and intravenous indwelling needle （86.67%）. All the 45 hospitals had developed the training of intravenous infusion. Five hospitals （ 11.11% ） had done the centralized configura- tion of chemotherapy drugs, two hospitals provided health examination for nurses who prepared chemotherapy drugs. All the 45 hospitals had established needle stab- bing incident reporting system,and provided training for needle stabbing incidents. Conclusion Professional development of intravenous infusion is not optimistic in Xi＇an. It is necessary to improve the specialization level. Health management department should actively take corresponding measures to promote the professional de- velopment process of intravenous infusion in this region.
