六西格玛管理法在静脉化疗给药管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的降低静脉化疗给药错误发生率,提高护理质量。方法采用六西格玛管理法定义、测量、分析、改进和控制5个步骤,优化静脉化疗给药流程,对关键点进行细节改进。结果静脉化疗给药错误发生率降低(P<0.01)。结论应用六西格玛管理法对静脉化疗给药进行流程优化和细节管理,有效降低了静脉化疗给药错误发生率,提高了护理质量。Objective To reduce the incidence of venous chemotherapy medication error and improve the nursing quality. Method Six sigma manage- ment method included 5 steps such as define, measure, analyze, improve and control were applied to optimize intravenous chemotherapy process. The key points of chemotheropy were improved in details. Result The incidence of venous chemotherapy medication error was decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The application of six sigma management method on intravenous chemotherapy process to achieve process optimization and detail management effec- tively reduces the incidence of intravenous chemotherapy medication error and improve the nursing quality.
