摘　　要：目的立足药检行业特色,阐述药检文化建设的内涵及必要性。方法分析特色药检文化对药检工作者及药检系统的作用。结果与结论药检文化体系由药检理念文化、药检管理文化、药检环境文化、药检廉政文化、药检和谐文化以及药检质量文化六部分组成。特色药检文化建设的具体路径是物质平台、制度体系、行为规范以及精神理念4个方面。Objective To expound the connotation and the necessity of the construction o{ specialty drug inspection cultural based on drug inspection industry characteristics. Methods The role of specialty drug inspection culture on drug test workers and drug testing system was analyzed. Results and Conclusion The specialty drug inspection culture system consists of six components, including drug inspection concept culture, drug inspection management culture, drug inspection environment culture, drug inspection ICAC culture, drug inspection harmonious culture, and drug inspection quality culture. And the construction approach of the specialty drug inspection culture system involves four aspects： the material platform, institutional system, the code of conduct as well as the spirit concept.
