摘　　要：目的 建立愈风宁心滴丸中葛根素含量的UPLC测定方法.方法 采用AQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水（20∶80）为流动相,流速为0.2 mL· min-1,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为35℃.结果 葛根素在0.005～0.2 mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.31 μg·mL-1,平均回收率为99.5％,RSD为1.6％.结论 该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可更好地控制愈风宁心滴丸的质量.Objective To establish a UPLC determination method for puerarin in Yufeng Ningxin Dripping Pills. Methods Separation was performed on AQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （20 ： 80） and the flow rate was 0.2 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 250 nm and the column temperature was 35℃. Results The calibration curve for puerarin was linear in the range of 0. 005-0.2 mg . mL1, and the limit of detection was 0. 31 μg . mL-1. The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD 1.6% Conclusion The proposed method was simple, fast, sensitive, accurate and applicable for better quality control of Yufeng Ningxin Dripping Pills.
