摘 要:目的 建立测定氯麻滴鼻液中氯霉素和盐酸麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Waters C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为0.01 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸和三乙胺调节pH=3.0)-乙腈(60∶40),流速为1.0 mL· min-1,检测波长为220 nm,柱温为30℃.结果 氯霉素在9.84~98.45 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,盐酸麻黄碱在40.24~402.39 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好.氯霉素平均回收率为100.89%,RSD=0.21%;盐酸麻黄碱平均回收率为100.33%,RSD=0.83%.结论 本方法灵敏度高、操作简便、准确可靠,可用于氯麻滴鼻液中氯霉素和盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定.Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of chloramphenicol and ephedrine hydroehloride in ehloramphenicol-ephedrine nasal drops. Methods The Waters C18 column (4.6 minX250 ram, 5 μm) was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol . L-1 KH2POI (pH value adjusted to 3.0 with HsPO4 and triethylamine ) - acetonitrile (60 : 40) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL . min-1. The detection wavelength was 220 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The calibration curve of chloramphenicol was in good linearity within the range of 9.84 to 98.45 μg . mL-1. The calibration curve of ephedrine hydrochloride was in good linearity within the range of 40.24 to 402.39 pg. mL-l. The average recovery rate of chloramphenicol was 100.89%, RSD 0.21%. The average recovery rate of ephedrine hydrochloride was 100. 33%, RSD 0. 83%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for content determination of chloramphenieol and ephedrine hydrochloride in chloramphenicol-ephedrine nasal drops.
