摘　　要：目的探讨目前我国医疗机构临床药学服务工作存在的问题。方法对我国医疗机构临床药学服务存在问题的原因进行研究与分析。结果与结论应加快我国药学服务的法制化管理的进程,建立健全医疗机构临床药学服务管理体系,明确临床药师的权力、义务和职责,重视对临床药师的培养和培训,以适应我国临床药学服务的发展,提高患者临床用药的安全性及有效性。Objective To discuss problems existing in the work of clinical pharmaceutical care in our country. Methods The primary causes of the problems in the clinical pharmaceutical care in our country were analyzed. Results and Conclusion The legal management of pharmaceutical care in China should be sped up, the clinical pharmaceutical care management system of medical institutions should be established and improved, and the clinical pharmacist legal position, obligation and responsibilities should be clarified. Meanwhile, importance should be attached to the cultivation and training of clinical pharmacists to adapt to the development of clinical pharmaceutical care, and to improve safety and effectiveness of clinical medication for patients.
