摘　　要：目的探讨五六二方治疗脾肾虚弱型弱精子症的临床疗效。方法收集2012年2月1日至2013年1月10日焦作市中医院脾肾虚弱症患者35例,给予五六二方加减运用12周。收集初诊、4周、8周、12周四个阶段的精液分析结果。结果五六二方有改善脾肾虚弱型患者精子活力的作用,随着用药时间延长作用较好。用药前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五六二方在改善脾肾虚弱证患者临床症状方面有显著作用,并能提高患者精子活力。Objective To explore the treatment of asthenospermia of deficiency of spleen and kidney by five-six-two. Methods From February 1, 2012 to January 10, 2013 in Jiaozuo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine 35 asthenospennia patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syn- drome were given five-six-two decoction for 12 weeks. The four stages of semen collection of began,4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks were analyzed. Results Five-six two had improved sperm motility in patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney,along with prolonging time the effect becomes better. There was significant difference before and after treatment（ P d0.05）. Conclusion Five-six-two had a significant effect on improving the deficiency of spleen and kidney symptoms and sperm motility.
