摘　　要：目的建立三七续骨胶囊中延胡索乙素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用ODS-C18色谱柱5μm(4.6×250mm),流动相:甲醇:0.1%磷酸(三乙胺调pH至6.0)(55∶45);流速:1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长280nm。结果延胡索乙素在0.0939~0.9390μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1),平均加样回收率为98.83%,RSD=0.50%(n=6)。结论本方法简便快速、结果准确,可较好的控制该制剂的质量。Objective Establishing the determination method of the HPLC in the Tetrahydropalmatine of Sanqi Xugu Capsule. Methods We used ODS C18 chromatographic column 5μn （4. 6 × 250mrn）, Methanol：0. 1% Phosphate （55 ： 45） as mobile phase. The content was detected at a waveleng of 280nm,the flow rate was 1.0mlomin-1 . Results The Tetrahydropalmatine had a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0939- 0. 9390μg（ r = 1 ）, the average recovery was 98.83 % , RSD = 0. 50 % （ n = 6）. Conolusion The established method is accurate, sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Sanqi Xugu Capsule.
