摘 要:以含水率为97.5%的原污泥为研究对象,使用基于骨架构建体的复合调理剂进行污泥脱水试验.对脱水泥饼填埋处置的土工性能及长期稳定性开展了研究,重点对固化体的无侧限抗压强度和直剪强度进行了测定.另外,对固化污泥的干湿耐久性进行了评价.试验结果表明:添加无机调理剂可起到骨架构建体的作用,在不外掺其他固化剂的条件下,脱水泥饼固化体养护1a后无侧限抗压强度大于450kPa,直剪强度大于130kPa,固化体经过干湿循环后质量损失小于4%,体积损失小于12%,强度可满足污泥填埋的强度要求.Raw sewage sludge with moisture content of 97.5% was dewatered with inorganic compos- ite conditioner contain with skeleton builders, and the durability of dewatered sludge was investiga- ted, i.e. unconfined compression strength, direct shear strength of the solidified dewatered sludge. Moreover, the wet and dry durability of dewatered sludge were evaluated emphatically. Results show that inorganic composite conditioner can play a role as skeleton builder, and the unconfined compres- sion strength and the direct shear strength of specimen made from dewatered sludge are over 450 kPa and 130 kPa without any other additives after cured for 1 a. The mass loss and volume loss of speci- mens are below 4% and 12% and the strength of specimens still can meet the requirement of landfill after wet and dry cycles.
