摘 要:建立热力载荷下Armstrong-Frederick非线性随动强化薄壁圆筒考虑延性损伤后的理论模型和相应的迭代算法,并根据塑性应变累积和损伤演化探讨结构的安定极限载荷.结果表明:薄壁圆筒弹性安定时,累积的塑性应变及损伤因子收敛,而棘轮效应发生时,累积的塑性应变和损伤因子随循环数不断增大;与理想弹塑性下薄壁圆筒的安定行为相比,考虑硬化效应及延性损伤后弹性安定范围增加,而塑性安定区域显著减小.The theoretical model and numerical iterative algorithm of Armstrong-Frederick nonlinear kinematic hardening thin-walled cylinders considering ductile damage under cyclic thermo-mechanical loadings were established. Shakedown limit loads of thin-walled cylinders were further investigated according to the accumulative plastic strain and ductile damage factor. The results indicated that both the accumulative plastic strain and the ductile damage factor enhance with the number of cycles in- creasing when ratcheting takes place, but converge to a constant value under elastic shakedown range. Moreover, by comparing with the shakedown range obtained by the elastic-perfectly plastic model, the elastic shakedown region increases, while plastic shakedown region decreases prominently considering the effect of strain-hardening and ductile damage. This investigation has some guidance significance for shakedown design or evaluation of strain-hardening cylinders.
