品管圈在减少江苏省南京医科大学附属苏州医院门诊不合格处方中的应用

摘　　要：目的提高处方合格率,促进合理用药。方法在江苏省南京医科大学附属苏州医院门诊药房按品管圈的10个步骤实施各项活动,对比活动前、后某时间段内每天的不合格处方数,计算改善幅度。结果不合格处方数由活动前的184.3张·d-1减少到90.0张·d-1,改善幅度为51.17%。结论通过开展品管圈活动,规范处方管理,提升了医疗质量,使患者用药更加安全、有效。Objective To improve the qualified rate of prescription and the rational drug use. Methods According to the 10 steps of QCC, various management and evaluation activities were carried out in Suzhou Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. The numbers of unqualified prescriptions per day in certain period before and after the QCC implementation were compared. Results The number of unqualified prescriptions reduced from 184.3 per day to 90. 0 per day. The extent of improvement was 51.17%. Conclusion The quality of medical care was improved through the implementation of QCC, which standardized the prescription management and promoted the safety and efficacy of medication use.
