摘　　要：从语言障碍、外刊资源配置、资源建设基础、服务质量等4个方面论述了医学院校图书馆外刊低利用率的原因,并提出了应对措施。This paper discusses the reasons of Lower utilization rate of foreign periodicals in libraries of medical colleges from four aspects of the language barrier,foreign periodical resources allocation,resources construction foundation and service quality,and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
