摘 要:制定合理的黑启动方案对电网恢复具有重要意义,本文将熵权法和改进层次分析法用于评估指标权重的确定,从而实现方案全排序。该算法兼顾了现实的客观性以及人为经验的主观性,并通过影响因子调整二者在决策中的相对重要性,实现了二者的良好结合;避免了多次进行优化计算的繁琐过程,同时对层次分析法加以改进,引入了模糊一致性矩阵,避免了判断矩阵无法通过一致性检验所带来的复杂后果。最后通过计算综合评价指数来对比每个方案的优劣,实现方案的全排序,计算过程简单,效率明显提高。算例分析验证了本文方法的可行性。Reasonable black-start scheme is of great significance for power system restoration.The entropy method and improved analytic hierarchy process algorithm are applied to the determination of evaluation index weight,and full sorting of schemes are realized.Compared to the traditional algorithm,it takes into account the objectivity of reality and the subjectivity of human experience,and the combination of both methods is realized by using influence factors to adjust their relative importance in decision-making,which avoids complex process of optimized calculation.At the same time,the fuzzy consistent matrix is applied to improve the traditional analytic hierarchy process,which avoids the consistence problems.In the end,the pros and cons of each scheme are compared by calculating the comprehensive evaluation index and the full sorting of schemes is achieved.The calculation process is simple and efficienct.The availability of the method is verified with an example at last.
