摘 要:高频切机和低频减载作为电网安全稳定的第三道防线,对保障地区电网孤网稳定运行、避免大面积停电具有重要意义。考虑地区电网容量及系统惯量相对较小且频率易波动,根据适用于小容量地区电网的高频切机配置原则,对实际电网的高频切机进行了配置;通过对某电网低频减载方案的校核,提出了利用发电机提供系统无功支撑及与其它安稳装置协调配合等改进措施。结果表明,制定的高频切机方案和低频减载改进方案能够有效解决小容量电网与主网解列后产生的频率问题,研究成果可为其它地区电网孤网运行的频率稳定控制提供参考。As the third defense line of the power network,over-frequency generator tripping and under-frequency load shedding are very important for maintaining safe operation and avoiding system collapse.By considering such characteristics as small capacity and inertia of the regional power network and its frequency fluctuation,an effective configuration scheme is proposed according to over-frequency generator tripping configuration principles for small capacity regional grid.The improvement measures for coordinating system reactive support by generator and other stability control devices are proposed through the checking of the underfrequency load shedding scheme.The results show that the over-frequency generator tripping and under-frequency load shedding can effectively solve the frequency problems after the splitting of the small capacity grid with the main network,which is reference for frequency stability control of the isolated grids in other areas.
