灯盏花素软胶囊的制备和体外溶出度研究

摘　　要：目的:制备灯盏花素软胶囊并考察其体外溶出行为。方法:单因素试验确定灯盏花素软胶囊处方与制备工艺,紫外分光光度法测定体外溶出度。结果:灯盏花素软胶囊内容物的沉降体积比为0.95,所制备的3批样品45min内平均溶出度为99.7%,溶出均一性、溶出重复性合格。结论:研制的灯盏花素软胶囊制备方法可靠,质量可控,值得推广。Objective ： To prepare breviscapine soft capsules and investigate its dissolution in vitro. Method ： The single factor de- sign was used to optimize the formula and preparation technology of breviscapine soft capsules, and UV spectrometry was used to deter- mine the dissolution in vitro. Result： The sedimentation volume ratio of the content in breviscapine soft capsules was 0.95. The average dissolution of 3 batches of the samples was 99.7% in 45 min. The uniformity and reproducibility of dissolution was promising. Conclusion ： Breviscapine soft capsules show reliable preparation method and good quality control, which are suitable for the industrial production.
