摘  要:目的:建立盐酸肾上腺素注射液中乙二胺四乙酸二钠的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为含12.5%甲醇和0.052%甲酸的水溶液(用四丁基氢氧化铵调节pH至3.5),检测波长为256nm,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1),进样量:50μl。结果:乙二胺四乙酸二钠浓度在10.11~101.10μg·ml^(-1)范围內,线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.87%,RSD为0.15%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于盐酸肾上腺素注射液中乙二胺四乙酸二钠的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of disodium edetate in adrenaline hydrochloride injections. Method: A Waters Symmetry C18 column( 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of 12.5% methanol and 0.052% formic acid ( adjusting pH to 3.5 with tetrabutylammonium hydroxide). The detection wavelength was set at 256nm. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml ·min^-1. Result: The standard curve was linear within the range of 10.11-101.10 μg · ml^-1 (r = 1. 000 0) , and the average recovery was 99.87% with RSD of 0.15% ( n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suit- able for the determination of disodium edetate in adrenaline hydrochloride injections.
