摘 要:目的:研究不同溶剂提取法对镶鼎蓼胶囊中总黄酮含量测定的影响。方法:依《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)中"保健食品功效成分及卫生指标检验与评价"项下的总黄酮测定方法,分别采用50%,65%,75%,95%(法定方法)及100%乙醇提取总黄酮,经聚酰胺柱层析后,用紫外分光光度法在360nm波长处测定总黄酮含量。结果:采用50%,65%,75%,95%,100%乙醇提取的总黄酮百分含量均值分别为6.369,14.521,21.335,5.883,1.475mg·g^(-1)。结论:采用75%乙醇提取法提取的总黄酮含量最高,其次依次为65%,50%,95%乙醇提取法,100%乙醇提取法提取的总黄酮含量最低。Objective : To investigate the effects of different extrcation solvents on the total flavonoids content in Xiangdingsen cap- sules. Method : On the basis of the determined method of total flavonoids described in "Health food text and evaluation technological specification"(2003 ) in "Test and evaluation of efficacy component and health index of health food", 50% , 65% , 75% , 95% (offi- cial method) and 100% ethanol was respectively applied to extract the total flavonoids in Xiangdingsen capsules. Then the contents of total flavonoids were determined at 360 nm by UV spectrophotometl~~ after the polyamide column chromatography. Result: The experi- ment results showed that the average percent content of total flavonoids with the five different extraction solvents was 6. 369, 14. 521, 21. 335, 5. 883 and 1. 475 mg· g^-1, respectively. Conclusion: The contents of total flavonoids extracted by the different solvents are various. The highest content is with 75% aqueous ethanol extraction, followed by 65% , 50% and 95% ethanol extraction. The detec- ted content with 100% aqueous ethanol extraction is the lowest.
