摘  要:目的:建立百咳静糖浆的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对百咳静糖浆中陈皮、黄柏进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定糖浆中黄芩苷的含量,色谱柱为Hypersil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(50:50:0.2)。检测波长为280nm,柱温为40℃,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:TLC鉴别方法专属性强;黄芩苷在5.36~85.76μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围內与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.36%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便可靠,可以用于控制百咳静糖浆的质量。Objective: To establish the quality standard for Baikejing syrups. Method: Pericarpium citrireticulatae and cortex phuollodendri chinensis in Baikejing syrups were identified by TLC. Baicalin content was determined by HPLC. A Hypersil C18 ( 250 mm× 4.6 mm,5μm) column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(50: 50: 0.2) at the column tempera- ture of 40℃, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result: Pericarpium citrireticulatae and cortex phuollodendri chinensis in Baikejing syrups could be identified by TLC. The content of baicalin could be determined by HPLC. The linearity of baicalin was good within the range of 5.36-85.76 μg · ml ^-1 (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.3% ( RSD = 1.36%, n =6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and reliable, and can be used in the quality control of Baikejing syrups.
