摘　　要：第三方支付在快速发展的同时也存在较大的信息安全风险,对其信息安全实施监管变得刻不容缓。文章从等级保护的角度出发,对第三方支付信息安全等级保护的监管主体、监管内容进行了分析,揭示了监管工作中存在的问题,并提出了相应的监管对策。There are many information security risks with the rapid development of the third party payment, which make the information security supervision important and emergent. In this paper, from the view of classified protection, the supervision executants and the supervision contents are analyzed for information security classified protection of the third party payment. Furthermore, the supervision problems are revealed, and the supervision suggestions are correspondingly put forward.
