摘　　要：智能电网建设已成为电网发展的战略方向,文章从安全防护需求、防护策略、设计和实施方面描述智能电网信息安全防御体系研究与实践成果,提出了智能电网信息安全防护的解决之道。Smart power grids construction have become the strategic direction of the grid development. This article describes defense system of information security research and practice achievements for the smart power grids,including the requirements of information security protection,the protection strategy, design and implementation,and introduces a solution to achieve information security protection for the smart power grids.
