摘　　要：文章介绍了网络身份管理的概念和韩国网络实名制的教训,分析了网络实名制的利弊,提出了实施网络身份管理应注意完善法制、循序渐进、保护隐私、统一认证、加强宣传等五个问题。This paper introduces the concept of Network identity management and the lessons of Korean Network Real-name System,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of Network Real-name System,presents the implementation of network identity management should pay attention to improve the legal system, step by step, the protection of privacy, authentication, to strengthen the propaganda.
