摘　　要：网络空间安全问题随着信息技术的高速发展日渐突显,网络实名制是现阶段有效的策略。文章从网络实名制涉及到的民众态度、企业管理以及政府与企业协调这几个问题开展讨论,以创新的视角提出通过宣传网络实名制,改善网络企业自主管理模式,用多元思维管控网络信息、依法管网,全方位的为个人、企业、社会提供理论基础和实践方法,创造更加安全可靠的在网络线环境。lne security issue concerning me cyoerspace is increasingly oovlous Wltll tile [llgll-~iptJCUlllg development of the information technology. The existing strategy of this problem is the Network Real-name System （NRS）. This essay will discuss the issue from some aspects including the public altitude, business administration and the coordination between the government and the enterprise of the network real-name system. In order to improve the management mode of the network enterprise, the essay will analyze from an innovative perspective with the multiple thinking to control the network information and the foundation of the legal theories to provide theoretical basis and practical approaches to create a more secure online environment.
