黄连原色浸制标本制作方法的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究黄连原色浸制标本的制作方法.[方法]以不同生长年限的黄连为对象,摸索1～5年生黄连原色浸制标本的制作方法.[结果]植株经溶液B（10 g/L醋酸铜＋50 ml/L冰醋酸）浸煮10 ～ 30 min,再保存于特定保存液（40 ml/L亚硫酸＋10 ml/L甘油）6个月后仍保持原有色泽,形态逼真,立体感强.[结论]制备过程剔除了甲醛等常规处理的有毒试剂,绿色、高效、安全.应进一步针对不同的药用植物制定特定的标本制作方法,尽可能扩大适用范围,满足标本展示及研究的需要.[ Objective ] To study preparation method of Coptis chinensis Franch primary colored specimens in solution. [ Method] The research focused on the methods of making primary colored specimens for Coptis chinensis Franch with different growth years in solution. [ Result] The results showed that, the plant specimens which was first boiled in solution B（ cupric acetate10 g/L ＋ glacial acetic acid 50 ml/L） for 10 -30 min and then dipped in the preservative fluid（ sulphurous acid 40 ml/L ＋ glycerol 10 ml/L） for 6 months, could conserved the original color and realistic shape as before. [ Conclusion] The preparation process was safe and efficient without the addition of formaldehyde. Specialized methods for making different medicinal plants specimens should be studied to meet the needs of exhibition and scientific research.
