摘　　要：介绍了近代松花江流域自然灾害产生的诸多负面影响。主要包括:人员伤亡、财产损失;农业减产减收;大批灾民流徙,社会秩序紊乱;对交通、水利和环境造成了不同程度的破坏。Floods and drought are the major natural disasters of Songhua River in modem times. The disasters produced many negative influ- ences ： casualties and property losses ; reduction of agricultural production and income ; a large number of victims of the migration, social order disorder; caused damage to traffic, water conservancy and environment in different degrees.
